Terms of Service

Last updated: April 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HyperCopy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

HyperCopy is a free, open-source copy trading platform that allows users to automatically mirror the trading activity of selected traders on the HyperLiquid perpetuals exchange. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of profit, performance, or availability.

3. Financial Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT RISK WARNING

Trading perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss. Copy trading does not guarantee profits. Past performance of a trader is not indicative of future results.

You may lose all of the capital you deploy. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. HyperCopy is not a financial advisor and nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade derivatives in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency trading.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes.
  • You are responsible for the security of your wallet private keys.
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal activity, including money laundering or market manipulation.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
  • You must keep your authentication credentials confidential.

6. No Fees

HyperCopy does not charge any fees for using the Service. Standard HyperLiquid trading fees apply to all trades executed on your behalf. We do not take any commission on trades.

7. Private Key Security

If you choose to store your HyperLiquid private key on our platform, it is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We strongly recommend using a dedicated HyperLiquid wallet with limited funds solely for copy trading, rather than your primary wallet. You remain solely responsible for the security of any private keys you entrust to the Service.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Copy trading may be delayed or fail due to network issues, exchange outages, or other technical problems. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Open Source

HyperCopy is open-source software. The source code is available for inspection. The open-source license governs use, modification, and distribution of the code. Using the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperCopy and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
